A superb plant for shade, forming a low clump of large, heart-shaped green leaves topped in spring by delicate sprays of clear blue flowers, just like forget-me-nots.
It flowers from late spring into early summer and makes excellent ground cover for woodland gardens, shady borders and under trees and shrubs.
Grow in partial to full shade in moist, humus-rich soil that does not dry out.
