It stays handsome through winter and contrasts beautifully with greens and silvers. Ideal for gravel and prairie-style planting, mixed borders, patio containers and low-maintenance schemes.
Grow in full sun to partial shade in well-drained soil, in a reasonably sheltered spot. Comb through the clump in spring to tidy out old leaves.
